Just as preparing for any big event in our lives, preparing for the Second Coming of Christ is essential to being ready for that incredible day when He comes again. We need to be close to the Spirit, and eliminate the distractions that keep us from our Heavenly Father. This lesson teaches about what it means to be prepared. 
 
For your kiddos there is a comparison of other things they know need to be prepared for, like playing in the snow and camping. For your youth, they get to write their own Preparation Playbook of what it means to be prepared for Christ.
